Hey folks! This is John from Freedom Auto Glass LLC.

Welcome to another Q&A session where I answer questions from you all on the internet.

Today's question is:

"Can You Come Out the Same Day?"

Summary:

John confirms that same-day service is realistic and happens most of the time. As a small, owner-operated business, he isn't always fully booked, which gives him the flexibility to fit customers in quickly. He notes that same-day response is especially important for door glass situations, since a broken side window leaves an open hole in the vehicle that needs prompt attention. He highlights his willingness to go the extra mile, mentioning that he has had customers meet him at his house after hours to get their job finished. For a morning call, he says there's a strong chance he can come out the same day, because he understands customers don't want to wait days when their glass is broken.

Answer:

Yes, most of the time I can get you done the same day. I'm just a small mom-and-pop shop, so I'm not always slammed with work, which actually works in your favor when you need something handled quickly. It especially matters if you've got a door glass situation — that's a hole in your car, and I really try to get those taken care of fast. I'll go out of my way for people too. I've had customers meet me at my house after hours just so I could get them finished and back on the road. So if you call me in the morning, there's a real, good chance I can come out that same day and knock it out. I understand that when your glass is broken you don't want to sit around waiting for days, so I do my best to fit people in and get them taken care of as quickly as I can.
